There are no holes for a pick guard also if that adds relevant information about the specific model (not sure if all standards have pick guards). However then I noticed the plate on the headstock that normally names the model was empty and then begin to wonder if I was misled about the model of les Paul I bought. Any information about serial numbers on stickers would be very appreciated. I first thought it was fake bc it has a nine digit, no letter serial number posted on a gold rectangle sticker (311592556) I saw a comment online mentioning some refurbished guitars having the sticker and I did buy it used but to me those two terms are very different. Today I tried finding info about the serial number to learn the origin of my guitar and that made me being to worry. I bought an epiphone les Paul standard and did not spend much time in the store because if my research.

Roughly 2 months ago I purchased my first guitar after doing loads of research about what I was looking for.
